Fear Factor, Volatility on Steroids, and Asset Class Total

The ACT is showing a clear breakdown of the prior trend of all asset classes going up as a summation.    This is most dramatic.

The fear factor is showing some fear, but not crazy big.

Also the VOS is not showing a huge breakout upward, but it is on the verge of breaking out of the Inverter Head and Shoulders that we have been mentioning for months.
