Seems like a bounce would be a perfect way to pull more money into the market.
"Teach" everyone that buy and hold does work, and buying the dips works.
Tim Wood is a "cycle dude"....he thinks bounce too.

EEM should "outperform" SPY to the downside, the options on EEM have high liquidity, lots of open interest, and the premium on the puts is not absurd.
